An Afri54 Market Partner is an individual or organization that acquires the exclusive rights to a specific market, Local Government Area (LGA), Municipality, District, or similar administrative territory through a 5-Year Exclusive Territory License. As an independent business investor you earn recurring commissions from Premium Business subscriptions within their licensed territory. Your territory remains exclusively yours for the duration of your five-year license, after which it may be renewed subject to Afri54's terms and conditions.

Territory Subscription Fees
Territories are priced based on size, business activity, and potential:
- Tier 1 (Major Hubs) – from $1000/5 years
- Tier 2 (Medium Hubs) – from $500/5 years
- Tier 3 (Small Hubs) – from $200/5 years
When you subscribe, your territory is officially assigned to you for 5 years. If you fail to renew, the territory is reopened for other interested partners.

Who is a Market Partner?
A Market Partner is an individual or organization that secures the rights to a specific territory in Africa by paying a subscription fee that expires in 5 years. As a Market Partner, you earn commissions whenever businesses in your assigned market subscribe to Afri54’s paid packages.
How is a Market Partner different from an Ambassador?
- Ambassadors earn referral commission when they directly bring businesses on board.
- Market Partners earn commission from all businesses in their assigned territories, regardless of who referred them, while Ambassadors are mandated to bring businesses on board, Market Partners are not yet they earn when businesses join and pay. Read more here

Do Market Partners earn from businesses that registered before they joined?
No. Earnings begin from the date your subscription is paid and approved by Afri54 Admin. Businesses that registered before you became a Market Partner will not count towards your commission.
Can I own more than one territory?
Yes. You can subscribe to multiple territories as long as you pay the required fee for each territory.
Are Market Partner rights exclusive?
Yes, each territory is assigned to only one partner per subscription. Once you secure a territory, no other partner can earn from that territory during your active subscription period of 5 years.
How long does my Market Partner status last?
Your subscription lasts 5 years from the date of approval. To continue earning, you must renew territory once it is 5 years. If you fail to renew, it will be reopened for new applicants.
How much is the subscription fee?
The subscription fee depends on the size and business potential of the territory:
- Tier 1 (Major hubs) – from $1,000/5 years
- Tier 2 (Medium hubs) – from $500/5 years
- Tier 3 (Small hubs) – from $200/5 years
Can I transfer my Market Partner rights to someone else?
No. Market Partner rights are non-transferable and tied to the subscriber who applied and was approved.
Do I earn when a business joins Afri54 through an Ambassador’s referral?
If an Ambassador refers a business in your territory:
- The Ambassador earns certain commission.
- You (the Market Partner) also earn commission as earlier stated.
How and when are earnings paid?

What happens if a business upgrades to Advanced, Gold, or Grand Master plans?
If a business is already on a paid plan and later upgrades to a higher paid plan, and you have already earned commissions from the previous plan, no additional earnings will be credited. However, if the business was previously on a Free plan and then upgrades to a paid plan, the corresponding commission will be credited to you.
What does it mean to own a territory, and what is a territory?
A territory is a defined geographic area, such as a Market, Local Government Area (LGA), Municipality, District, City, or similar administrative region, depending on the country.
When you become an Afri54 Market Partner, you acquire an exclusive 5-Year Territory License for your chosen territory. This means no other Market Partner can hold the rights to that same territory during your license term.
Owning a territory does not mean you own the land or businesses within it. Instead, you own the exclusive Afri54 rights to earn recurring commissions from Premium Business subscriptions generated within your licensed territory, in accordance with Afri54's Terms and Conditions.
As more businesses in your territory subscribe to Premium, your earning potential grows. At the end of your five-year license, you may apply to renew your exclusive rights, subject to Afri54's renewal policies.
What happens if I don’t renew my subscription after 5 years?
If you don’t renew by the due date, your Market Partner rights will automatically expire, and your territory will be reopened for other applicants. You will no longer earn commissions from that market.
Can I change my territory after subscribing?
No. Once your subscription is approved, your assigned territory is locked for that 5 years. You can only apply for another territory when renewing or by paying for an additional territory.
Do I have to personally bring businesses on board in my territory?
No. Afri54 already has an Ambassador Program that rewards others for bringing businesses to the platform — even within your assigned territory. As a Market Partner, you can simply relax and watch your market grow. However, if you choose to personally refer businesses, you’ll also earn referral commissions in addition to your Market Partner earnings.
Can I pick a territory in another African country?
Yes! You can choose any available territory across Africa, provided it hasn't already been licensed to another Market Partner. However, if you want to maximize your earning potential, we recommend selecting a territory in your own country. Being close to your market makes it easier to visit local businesses, build relationships, promote Afri54, and encourage businesses to upgrade to Premium.
